We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Paraprofessional to join our team in Paoli, PA, for the 2024-2025 school year. The paraprofessional will provide support to classroom teachers and assist students in achieving their academic, social, and behavioral goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with daily tasks, transitions, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other school activities
• Assist in preparing materials and maintaining classroom organization
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure student success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow teacher instructions and school policies
