Shift: 1st shift ; 7:30am -4:30pm

Job Description

This position covers a wide variety of warehouse operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, shipping via UPS, and receiving. Candidates will be required to read over and sign Bills of Lading (BOLs). Additional tasks include inspecting, re-boxing, and re-strapping pallets and returns. This is a true warehouse position where candidates will be actively moving and adjusting items. Forklift training will commence after 2-4 weeks of initial training on other tasks. Prior forklift experience is not required but welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Ship items via UPS and receive incoming shipments.
  • Read and sign Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Inspect, re-box, and re-strap pallets and returns.
  • Adjust forklift blades and move smaller items on the dock.
  • Actively engage in various warehouse operations beyond forklift duties.

  • Forklift experience (welcomed but not required).

  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to work with small parts and use computer systems.
Work Environment

The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours as needed. The warehouse environment can be cool to cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. The position involves working with small parts, RF guns, and computer systems. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with others are essential.
