Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Reviewer / Post Closer to join our team at our Robinson Township office. This fully onsite position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of loan files after closing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
-Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines.
-Coordinate the delivery of final loan documents to investors and agencies.
-Resolve any post-closing issues, such as missing or incorrect documents.
-Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams, title companies, and investors to facilitate smooth processing.
Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes in the mortgage industry.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in post-closing or a related mortgage industry role is preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
