Partners Personnel is seeking a Warranty Clerk for our client in the Columbia, SC area, the right candidate will have previous experience working in the HVAC industry. This is Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and homeowners, addressing questions
- regarding warranty and product registration.
- Assist customers with using online tools to track warranty claims and product
- registrations.
- Review and resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.
- Refer highly unusual warranty situations to higher management for review and
- reconciliation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HVAC products, parts, and warranty review processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warranty or related customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HVAC products and parts.
- Working knowledge of warranty review processes.
- Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant software applications.
