Partners Personnel is seeking a Warranty Clerk for our client in the Columbia, SC area, the right candidate will have previous experience working in the HVAC industry.  This is Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm

 Key Responsibilities:

  •   Evaluate and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  •   Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and homeowners, addressing questions  
  •   regarding warranty and product registration.
  •   Assist customers with using online tools to track warranty claims and product
  •   registrations.
  •   Review and resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.
  •   Refer highly unusual warranty situations to higher management for review and
  •   reconciliation.
  •   Maintain a working knowledge of HVAC products, parts, and warranty review processes.

 Qualifications:

  •   High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •   At least 2 years of experience in a warranty or related customer service role.
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •   Basic understanding of HVAC products and parts.
  •   Working knowledge of warranty review processes.
  •   Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant software applications.
