Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to join an industry leader in electrical grid connective parts manufacturing and work alongside a great team As the Machinist Supervisor, you will be the direct supervisor for Machinists and Machine Operators in your assigned area. Your responsibilities include the assignment of daily tasks and activities for the machine shop. You will ensure that your direct reports are trained and up-to-date in required processes and tasks, maintain a cross-training matrix for direct reports, and actively address gaps in training thresholds.

This is a fully on-site position in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
