Full-Time Teachers Aide Position Jacksonville, IL for 2024-2025 School Year

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district near Jacksonville, IL, to hire a full-time Teachers Aide for the upcoming school year. If you have a passion for helping students reach their full potential and thrive in a supportive learning environment, this could be the opportunity for you. While experience with behavioral challenges is beneficial, it is not a requirement.

Position Overview
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • End Date: June 6, 2025
  • Schedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: K-12 students
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual support to students in a variety of learning environments.
  • Assist district BCBAs with implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Support students with functional academic tasks and personal development.
  • Help students enhance life skills, communication abilities, and emotional/social behaviors.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a paraeducator or in a related role is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
