Location: Oakland, NJ

Pay: $21 an hour ; Overtime: $31.50/hour

Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Description

Perform visual inspections of manufactured and packaged products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed. Conduct end-of-process inspections within the warehouse and work directly with the shipping team to document final inspection findings, create lot numbers, and return final product to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of manufactured and packaged products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintain inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed.
• Perform end-of-process inspections within the warehouse.
• Work directly with the shipping team to document final inspection findings.
• Create lot numbers and return final product to shipping.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.

Essential Skills

• Experience in GMP environment.
• 2+ years in medical device, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical production environment.
• Experience in packaging, GMP, document control, labeling, and inspection.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, and material handling.
• Experience in cGMP environment or clean-room/laboratory.
