Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Sarasota, FL

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting various pieces of industrial manufacturing equipment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Conveyors
  • Gear boxes
  • Motors
  • Pumps
  • Packaging equipment (thermoforming/vacuum forming packaging)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with packaging equipment.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is encouraged but not required.
  • Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with conveyors, gear boxes, motors, and pumps.
  • Experience with Siemens equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
