Job Opportunity: Change and Project Manager

Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and managing impactful projects? We're seeking a Change and Project Manager with a proven track record in both change management and project leadership to join our team

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

  • Support the 2025 team in planning and developing long-term strategies.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to achieve the 2025 plan and objectives.

Change Management

  • Design and execute a change management strategy to facilitate the adoption of a new Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) framework and enterprise-wide KPIs on human rights.
  • Define and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and communications, applying lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the overarching change strategy and coordinate workstreams to support new strategies and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Change Management, preferably aligned with Prosci® methodology.
    • At least 3 years in a Business Change environment (project/program management).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-segment and cross-functional change initiatives effectively.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with SMP, SmartSheet, and SharePoint is essential.

Responsibilities

Project management
● Support 2025 team planning and long-term strategy development.
