Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant in Kingsley, Iowa. The role involves managing multiple locations, preparing and analyzing client financial statements, and maintaining comprehensive tax records. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing staff members and attracting new clients to the firm.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately gather and utilize tax-related information from clients for the preparation of tax returns
• Monitor industry trends and analyze tax regulations
• Research complex tax issues and devise appropriate solutions for clients
• Foster a dynamic, fast-paced environment while leading a team of tax professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients while promoting the firm's services
• Provide superior client service by assisting with business and tax planning
• Handle tax services and federal and state tax compliance needs for various clients including farms, businesses, and individuals
• Provide comprehensive review and analysis of complex tax returns
• Assist with additional tax compliance and obligations within the firm outside of the tax season
• Recognize tax issues for existing clients and assist with new business development.• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tax Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Familiarity with CaseWare is expected.
• The candidate should have experience with CCH ProSystem Fx.
• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is beneficial.
• The candidate must be skilled in various Accounting Functions.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Annual Income Tax Provision is necessary.
• The candidate should have a strong background in Auditing.
• Compliance experience is a must.
• Knowledge of Entity Formation is required.
• The candidate must have experience in preparing Individual Tax Returns.
