We are currently looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Hartsdale, NY. This is a full-time, school-based position where youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students lives.

Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist with ProCare Therapy, youll work in a collaborative environment, helping students improve essential motor and functional skills that support their independence and academic success. Youll play a critical role in developing personalized strategies to meet each students unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess students motor, sensory, and functional needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals.
• Deliver direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Document student progress and provide detailed reports for IEP meetings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute expertise and advocate for students needs.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
