Operations Asset Specialist III

Responsibilities:
• Monitor asset performance and utilization to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and maintain accuracy in all operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing assets to maximize value and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize operational efficiency and improve processes.
• Prepare and present reports on asset performance to provide insights and aid in decision making.
• Utilize skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks and responsibilities.• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processing
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience with Billing procedures
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Experience with Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
• Experience with SAP software
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in an Operations Asset Specialist role or similar preferred
