School Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Paraprofessional to join our team Parisppany-Troy,New Jersey. This full-time position involves working in an elementary disabilities classroom to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students in the classroom.
• Implement ABA techniques under the guidance of a certified teacher or BCBA.
• Assist in delivering instructional and behavioral programs.
• Support students with daily activities, including academics, munication, and social skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other staff to meet student goals.
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors.

• Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of and experience with ABA practices is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
