Are you searching for an entry level position to launch your Special Education career?ProCare Therapy is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts located in the vibrant community of Racine, Wisconsin. As a Paraprofessional in Racine, youll work closely with teachers to provide additional support and guidance for students with diverse learning and behavioralneeds in a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • ASAP start - June 12, 2025
  • K-12 openings
  • Duties: support behavioral caseloads, toileting, feeding, lifting
  • In-person position only

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Educational Aide Permit/License
  • Comfortable with toileting, feeding, and lifting if asked to do so
  • Experience working with disabilities and behaviors is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
