Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our distribution environment. The role offers an opportunity to cross-train on forklifts, which can lead to an increase in hourly wage. The work schedule varies slightly throughout the year, with extended hours from December to April.

Responsibilities

• Move and sort goods and materials.
• Pick, inspect, and pack products.
• Label and box products prior to shipping.
• Continually stock and unstock shelves.
• Attend to and process shipments.
• Help complete shipments, process and load orders.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory management.
• General labor and material handling skills.
• Forklift operation (willingness to train).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to pull, pack, weigh, and label products based on daily orders.
• Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.
• Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Log relevant shipping, order, and label paperwork.
• Keep products separated, organized, and accessible.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00
