Job DescriptionJob Description

The Grants Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements for the healthcare organization. This position will be essential in assessing and managing the risk related to various grant related activities. This is a contract to hire role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of grant compliance including reporting, budgeting, and adhering to applicable regulations.
  2. Conduct regular analysis of grant financial activity and compile relevant reports.
  3. Liaise with the grant program managers and finance team to ensure efficient execution of grant activities.
  4. Monitor and track each grant cycle to prompt action, ensure accuracy, verify compliance and track performance against deliverables.
  5. Coordinate effectively with the finance team and other relevant departments to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial management of grants.
  6. Conduct periodic grant audits to ensure compliance with the funder's requirements.
  7. Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  8. Provide training and guidance to the team on relevant compliance regulations and procedures.
  9. Stay updated with new grants regulations and identify opportunities for grant funding.
  10. Provide assistance in drafting grant applications, following all regulations and procedures.


• Must have a minimum of five years of experience in a business analyst role within the Healthcare/NHS industry
• Proficiency in Excel formulas is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in project management and business process improvement
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable results and recommendations
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is beneficial
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in improving business processes.
