School Psychologist - Broken Arrow, OK
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Broken Arrow, OK. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and educational development of students, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and eligibility for special education services.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective strategies for improving student outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert advice on psychological issues.
  • Promote a positive school climate and contribute to the development of school-wide programs that support mental health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
