Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional
Location: Atkinson, NH

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time School Paraprofessional to join our team in Atkinson, NH. The Paraprofessional will support classroom teachers and assist students to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs
  • Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization
  • Support students with special needs, including behavioral and developmental challenges
  • Monitor and assist with student behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting student success
