Sr Financial Analyst

Summary:
Support finance operations through data analysis, compliance monitoring, forecasting, and improving spend efficiencies across multiple cost centers.
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of finance and accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and Oracle
- Strong background in finance, accounting, and business forecasting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with compliance reporting and revenue recognition
- Familiarity with gross margin reconciliation processes
- Ability to identify and implement efficiencies in financial processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Convert data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Increase efficiency of analysis using advanced analytical tools
- Perform compliance follow-ups and ensure adherence to accounting policies
- Manage weekly improvement initiatives (MWI) and financial projections
- Conduct pricing analysis and create compliance reports for internal audits
- Manage spend efficiencies across 30 cost centers and support stakeholders
- Handle inflation reconciliation, revenue recognition, and forecasting at the commodity level
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
