Sr. Financial Analyst

This position primarily involves managing financial data, assisting with financial planning, and performing variance analysis. The role is situated within a remote setting, providing flexibility for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage large volumes of financial data, ensuring alignment with the correct distributor.
• Develop and implement new processes for managing incoming data.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, including scrubbing and reconciliation, and ensure accurate documentation of processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for various financial operations.
• Assist with the processing of customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Help with Q2 reporting to commercial business partners, identifying variances and proposing necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage data extraction from EDI transmissions and insertion into the data warehouse.
• Handle processing of hospital rebates, GPO admin fees, booking accruals, and distributor chargebacks.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for managing financial transactions.
• Ability to perform variance analysis to identify financial performance trends.
• Experience in creating detailed process documentation to guide financial operations.
• Knowledge of account reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Understanding of chargeback processes and ability to manage disputes effectively.
• Skills in data mining techniques to extract essential information for financial decision-making.
