Job DescriptionJob Description
Job Summary:A Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to support daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. This role involves rotating through different positions and assisting Machine Operators to ensure smooth production. The ideal candidate will work safely, maintain a high level of quality, and take pride in contributing to a successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, sorting, and stacking to support production operations.
  • Assist Machine Operators and learn the responsibilities of their role.
  • Ensure quality control for each order and contribute to achieving Total Quality Management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and engage in physical activities like walking, squatting, twisting, and bending in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on safety when operating machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Must have safety toe shoes.
