Job Description

We are looking for a Sheet Metal Programmer to assist our production and engineering teams in creating new parts. The ideal candidate should have experience with SolidWorks or similar software, knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, and some basic machine operating experience or working knowledge. You will work closely with engineers and machine operators to take 3D parts from SolidWorks and convert them into 2D prints that can be cut out of sheet metal, bent, welded, and fitted into the final product.

First Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $23-$27/hr depending on experience

Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks design.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
  • Experience or schooling in full cycle programming.
  • Familiarity with G-code.
  • Experience with nesting software.
  • Have working knowledge of basic machinery such as laser cutters, press brakes, and punch presses.
