Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • 32.5-37.5 hours per week
  • ASAP start - end of school year
  • 1:1 or classroom aide
  • Openings in K-12 - preference will be discussed on interview
  • Interviewing ASAP

Job Requirements

  • 36+ college credit hours OR a pending Paraprofessional Certification with proof of application
  • Experience working with Special Education populations is a plus
  • Comfortable with toileting/diapering/feeding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
