Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a School Psychologist, you will be integral in supporting the mental health, emotional well-being, and academic success of students within the school munity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling to assist students in managing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support students' academic and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective support plans and foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid Colorado School Psychologist license or certification.
- Previous experience working as a school psychologist in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
