Job Opening: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hr (based on experience, with opportunities for advancement)

Shift Differential: Additional $4.00/hr

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Job Description:

  • Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to prevent production downtime.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Respond to work orders and machinery breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.
  • Perform PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.
