Positions Available:
- High School - Inclusion Classroom (around 24 students)
- Junior High - Resource, 2 periods of resource max, rest is push-in
- 4-5 Grade - Inclusion Classroom, Push-in

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Intervention Specialists to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Ashtabula, OH. We have three full-time onsite openings across various grade levels and classroom settings.
Responsibilities:High School Inclusion Classroom:
- Provide support in an inclusive classroom setting with around 24 students.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver tailored instruction.
Junior High Resource and Push-in:
- Manage up to 2 periods of resource instruction.
- Provide push-in support for the rest of the periods, working collaboratively with teachers to support students within the general education classroom.
4-5 Grade Inclusion Classroom:
- Deliver push-in support in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Work with teachers to modify and adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and track student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide differentiated instruction and intervention strategies to support student success.
- Must have a valid Intervention Specialist license in Ohio.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Strong assessment and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in inclusive and resource settings.
