ProCare Therapy is proud to partner with a distinguished school district in Dix Hills, NY, to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for behavior analysts who are passionate about applying their expertise to support and enhance the learning experiences of students with various behavioral and developmental needs.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Dix Hills, NY
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Weekly Hours: 3640
  • Hourly Rate: $38$50, depending on qualifications

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform instructional strategies
  • Provide direct support and training to educators, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with school teams, families, and other specialists to build effective support plans
  • Foster an inclusive and structured classroom setting that encourages positive behavior

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with students with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred
