Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to document preparation, validation, and processing. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare mailing labels and manage overnight packages.
  • Validate and notarize executed documents, ensuring all signatures are complete.
  • Open and manage Foreclosure close and bill tasks.
  • Process payment reversals and monitor daily funds received reports.
  • Follow up on document recording status and track partial claims with FHA vendors.
  • Mail loan modification documents and submit required documents to the Claims department.
  • Ensure additional documentation for Short Sale and Deeds in Lieu packages.
  • Complete post-closing audits and verify documents in the imaging system.
  • Provide closing status updates and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Process invoices, resolve billing issues, and ensure proper recording of Deed in Lieu documents.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
