The IT Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our technology systems and networks. This role demands a strong technical background and the ability to ensure that IT systems support our goals efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure to meet business needs, including aspects such as cloud computing, virtualization, and network architecture.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, servers, network devices, and other infrastructure components to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage backup operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to safeguard company data.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and take necessary steps to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT infrastructure aligns with organizational requirements.
• Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure systems, including firewalls, network monitoring, and access control.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems and processes, ensuring clarity and easy reference.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers for hardware, software, and network support.• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required
• Must possess CRM skills
• Dell Technologies knowledge is necessary
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory
• Active Directory skills are required
• Auditing capabilities are a must
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required
• Configuration Management skills are needed
