Hourly Pay Range: $20$23 (based on qualifications)

This full-time, on-site position is perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact by supporting students and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

As a Paraprofessional, you will assist in a variety of learning activities, collaborate with teachers to support lesson plans, and help cultivate a caring and enriching atmosphere for students' academic and personal development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support for students in the classroom, including small group and one-on-one instruction
  • Assist with special education services and align support with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators to prepare and implement educational strategies
  • Organize and manage classroom materials effectively
  • Foster a welcoming and positive classroom culture, encouraging appropriate behavior
  • Work with team members to modify teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred)
  • Experience in education or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with students
