Location:Half Moon Bay, CA
Overview:At ProCare Therapy, we are dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Our mission is to foster a nurturing atmosphere where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to the success of our students with behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support to students in both classroom and individual settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, including behavioral data and progress toward goals.
- Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, especially in a school setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
