Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Craigmont, Idaho. This full-time position involves providing speech and language therapy to K-12 students, focusing on enhancing communication abilities and supporting academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services:Provide both individual and group therapy for K-12 students, addressing needs related to speech articulation, language development, fluency, social communication, and executive functioning.
  • IEP Development:Work with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each students unique needs.
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment, ensuring consistent support for students.
  • Evaluation & Reporting:Conduct speech and language assessments, track student progress, and provide clear communication regarding outcomes with parents and school staff.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Idaho SLP License (required)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, especially in a school-based setting
