Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. In this role, you will be key in developing and maintaining marketing content, coordinating with team members, managing our digital presence, and assisting in client relationship management. This role is placed within a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including proposals, qualifications, and award submittals.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and other team members when assembling teams.
• Manage the firm's social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and active engagement.
• Assist in tracking new markets and emerging trends to help inform marketing strategies.
• Work closely with leadership and project managers to create project images, plans, graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Support lead generation and client relationship management efforts.
• Regularly update the firm's website with blogs, imagery, and new projects.
• Assist with planning and attending conferences, special events, outings, and retreats.
• Manage and schedule educational sessions for the team.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Social Media Management, B2B Marketing, Brand Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Lead Generation Campaigns, Client Relations, Canva, and Graphic Design.• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
• Experience with WordPress for website management
• Expertise in social media management across various platforms
• Strong understanding of B2B Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Corporate Marketing
• Experience with Lead Generation Campaigns
• Excellent client relations and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Graphic Design principles and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
