We are currently seeking afull-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our team and provide exceptional services to students in Pomona, CA.
Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, youll work in a dynamic school setting, delivering tailored interventions to students with speech, language, and communication challenges. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
