Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an opportunity for a HR Generalist to work in Stoneham, Massachusetts. As a HR Generalist, you will be the primary contact for all HR related tasks. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, administering benefits, ensuring HR compliance, and managing confidential information. This role is based entirely on site and offers a contract to employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HR related needs and issues.
• Administer onboarding processes for new employees, including sending out offer letters and scheduling drug screens.
• Oversee the administration of benefits and manage open enrollment periods.
• Ensure HR compliance by managing confidential information and providing administrative support.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR related tasks.
• Employ Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient data transfer.
• Use Ceridian and Dayforce for HR management purposes.
• Handle benefit functions and employee relations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the organization.
• Manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related issues.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR related tasks and functions
• Demonstrable experience with ADP Workforce Now software
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and its application in HR domains
• Proficiency in using Ceridian for managing HR tasks and activities
• Experience in using Dayforce for various HR functions
• Sound knowledge of Benefit Functions in HR, and the ability to administer them effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for efficient interaction with employees and management
• Proven experience in ensuring Compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
• Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and its implications in the workplace
