What You'll Do:
  • Operate Extrusion Machines: Run and manage extrusion machines with precision and care.
  • Load Raw Materials: Efficiently load raw materials into containers to keep the production flow smooth.
  • Quality Control: Monitor machine operations to ensure everything runs smoothly; troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Documentation: Obtain and maintain accurate documentation for each batch.
  • Ingredient Management: Ensure the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area and weigh them out according to recipe specifications.
  • Setup Machinery: Set up, start, and check all controls on weigh-up or packaging machinery for safety and efficiency.
  • Processing Tasks: Safely process, package, and prepare materials to meet customer specifications.
  • Machine Cleaning: Perform all required cleaning to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Paperwork: Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:Hard Skills:
  • Machine Operation: Experience in operating machinery.
  • Mixing & Blending: Ability to mix and blend materials accurately.
Work Environment:
  • Clean and Organized: Work in a well-maintained environment.
  • Lively Atmosphere: Enjoy a dynamic atmosphere with the sounds of machines in operation—just enough to keep things interesting
  • Scent of Plastic: Be part of a unique production process.
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM - $20.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM - $21.00-$22.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Friday, 11 PM - 7:30 AM - $21.00-$22.00/hr
