The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
  • Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of onsite experience
  • Valid I.D. Required
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
  • A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More

This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus
