Provides front line action for microcomputer hardware, software, network and communications problems in a timely manner
Recommends IT related enhancements to meet both current and future needs
Responsible for researching problems using microcomputer and network documentation/ vendor supplied support databases, with minimal supervision
Develops and maintains knowledge regarding networked computing environment, problem management tools and problem resolution methods
Maintains an accurate list of hardware assets within standard IT database application
Ability to be able to work on site a majority of the time because of the nature of the job
