Medical Biller/AR Collector – Glen Allen, VA, 100% onsite

LHH is seeking medical billing and AR collections candidates for our client in Glen Allen PA This specialty provider offers a hybrid work schedule after approximately 6 months of employment.

 

Overview:

  • Location: Glen Allen, VA
  • Hiring method: Contract to Hire
  • After 6 months of employment, hybrid schedule
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process medical billing claims
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable including contacting insurance payers
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience in medical billing and accounts receivable (1 year or more)
  • ,Knowledge of billing software/EMR systems
  • Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and ability to read/analyze EOBs


Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
