Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location:Centennial, Colorado
Type: Full-Time

Seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our school-based team. This role focuses on providing behavioral support and developing individualized behavior intervention plans to help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff.
  • Train and support staff in implementing behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
