We are looking for a skilled and proactive Pharmacist in Charge to manage our pharmacys day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and lead a committed team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Direct and supervise pharmacy operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Customer Care: Provide expert advice to customers and healthcare providers on medications, side effects, dosages, and drug interactions.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting shortages or theft of controlled substances.
  • Policy Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate pharmacy policies and procedures for effectiveness.
  • Training & Supervision: Guide and oversee staff, including in-service training and nonprofessional assistant instruction.
  • Documentation & Claims: Maintain accurate records of prescription drugs and manage insurance claims processes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid, clear, and active Wisconsin pharmacist license.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in retail pharmacy (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
