Job Description

The QA/QC Technician ensures all products meet the established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing results, and reporting findings to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
  • Monitor and document production processes to ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements
  • Perform microbiological and chemical testing of products and environmental samples
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from quality standards, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance
