Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Facilities Custodian to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep facility in clean and orderly condition
  • Ensure that janitorial supplies are well stocked in all areas throughout the facility
  • Coordinate and perform day to day work orders
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Implement good housekeeping practices throughout the facility and oversee the corporate housekeeping program
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Perform monthly inspections of Fire extinguishers, compressors and other items
  • Perform basic grounds duties as needed

​Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in facilities/maintenance
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
