Location: Lititz, PA
Position Type: Part-Time
Duration: Full School Year
Responsibilities:
- Support students with autism in a classroom setting.
- Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small group assistance as needed.
- Help manage classroom activities and maintain a structured learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with autism or special needs preferred.
- Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral support techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
