Remote Therapy Opportunity ProCare Therapy is hiring a Virtual SLP to deliver top-notch speech services to Tennessee students during the 2024-25 school year. If you have a passion for helping kids overcome communication challenges, this job is for you

Position Overview:
  • Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Location: Remote Serving students in Tennessee
  • School Year: 2024-2025
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students in Tennessee.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each students needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure students meet their educational goals.
  • Regularly evaluate and document student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.
  • Utilize innovative teletherapy platforms and tools to create interactive learning experiences.
Qualifications:
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Tennessee SLP license required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with communication disorders.
  • Experience in virtual therapy or teletherapy services is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and access to a reliable high-speed internet connection (Chromebooks/tablets are not allowed).
