Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Coila, NY. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them reach their full potential in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to enhance their communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license in New York.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
