The company is looking to hire a skilled CNC Multi-Axis CNC Programmer

We are looking for Highly skilled CNC Multi-Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist with Expert level ability. We use Mastercam 2025 with Multi-Axis for programming along with Vericut.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist in Medical and Aerospace.
Experience in CAM programming And Expert Level understanding of Mastercam is required.
At least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
5+ Yrs of experience in managerial role, responsible for subordinates and an ability to work closely with machinists on prove-outs.
Qualifications:
Expert Proficiency on Vertical and Horizontal Mills.
Expert proficiency in 5 axis programming.
Expert Proficiency in Blue Print Reading, GD&T, Inspection Tools & Methods.
Experience with DMG Mori and Siemens Controls-Celos
Experience with Aerospace materials, tolerances and quality control requirements.
First Piece Quality or Zero Scrap Mentality.
Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Mature, professional, safety oriented, work demeanor.
Ability to maintain lean, orderly, "6s" work environment.
Salary range $35 - $50 / hour depending on experience and strategic fit.Applicants are encouraged to furnish a portfolio of work along with resumeBenefits Package:

Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
Program and operate CNC milling and lathe machines, ensuring adherence to AS9100 quality standards.
Utilize GD&T principles and CAM programming tools like Mastercam and CATIA for precision manufacturing.
Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
