Soldering Technician | 18-20 HR | Off Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing assemblies and sub-assemblies using extremely small parts under a microscope in a clean and well-lit working environment.
Responsibilities- Perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts for assembly (microelectronics).
- Start the shift by getting to the cell, pulling work orders for jobs that need to be run, and preparing tools and equipment needed for assemblies.
- Stationed at a work cell to perform various tasks such as soldering, wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, stamping, etc.
- Use basic work instructions to complete assemblies.
- Perform other production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct visual inspections of finished assemblies to ensure accuracy.
- 1-3 years' experience working in an assembly-based role (preferably small part or medical device).
- High mechanical inclination with experience using small hand and power tools for assembly.
- Ability to sit for long periods and assemble products under a microscope.
