What You’ll Do:
- Lead your team to meet deadlines, making sure raw materials and production processes run smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with factory partners through regular visits and video calls.
- Oversee cross-functional supply chain projects that focus on cost optimization and product delivery.
- Ensure our products meet both quality and cost requirements by managing every detail from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in fashion apparel production and logistics.
- Expertise in both domestic and import production, with a preference for experience in accessories and apparel.
- Strong skills in retail math, cost optimization, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with PLM software (Centric preferred).
