Scanning Operator

Responsibilities:
- Convert paper documents to digital formats including microfilm/microfiche
- Perform Quality inspection to ensure image meets client criteria
- Escalate exception items
- Deliver and pick up mail
- Perform outgoing postal and courier duties
- Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- At least 1 year in a customer service environment
- Previous data entry or office clerk experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
